Team Coaching

Partnering with you to unlock your team's full potential

Leading a team can feel really hard at times. Trying to align your team and hold them accountable, while navigating the chaos and change around you is tough, even for the most experienced leaders. Team coaching with Go Slow to Go Fast gives you the methodology, experience and care you need to tackle these challenges. We provide clarity, structure, and a safe space for your team to collaborate effectively. Together, we can help you navigate the tough stuff without you feeling overwhelmed.

What to Expect:

We're on your side
We begin by building a genuinely supportive partnership with you, creating a safe space for open communication and collaboration, so we can get to the heart of what you need to change.
Initial Session: Establishing Foundations
Your first session is dedicated to defining your team's purpose, values, roles, and responsibilities. Then together, we identify a common goal that aligns with your objectives. This foundation is crucial so everyone is on the same page, fostering clarity and alignment that will drive your team toward a shared, meaningful goal (and - importantly - you all feel like progress is being made, from the start of this process).
Building lasting momentum
Our follow-up sessions focus on deepening trust across the team to enhance collaboration and keeping the momentum going toward the goals you've aligned on. Through regular check-ins, we proactively address challenges, resolve emerging issues, and refine your team’s meeting practices and accountability. This ongoing support keeps your team on track, driving continuous progress, boosting productivity, and delivering lasting results you will be proud of.
Duration and Structure
Typically, the team coaching process spans 3-4 sessions over four months, giving your team the time needed to make meaningful progress. In between sessions, your coach will stay connected with you through regular check-ins, providing ongoing support, especially useful for when things don't quite go to plan.
