The Quiet Leader

During a three day workshop in West Africa for Nigerian oil executives, Nick met Mr Inyang. This leader was responsible for a team of 12 loud, highly opinionated individuals.
He was the most calm, self-deprecating, softly spoken person in the room and it was clear he had enormous levels of respect from his team.
A reminder for leaders everywhere that shouting and banging the table only gets you so far.
