Day in, Day Out
Nov 10, 2023
As Albert Einstein noted... "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results".
As a manager, how often do you find you and your team struggling with the same issues day in, day out?
Like inefficient meetings, email overload, unresolved (and unproductive) conflicts, isolated remote / hybrid teammates...
As managers, we know we have the influence to tackle those day-to-day frustrations head on and deal with them once and for all. So why don't we?!
I've been guilty of the same reason most managers give: "I don't have time".
We tell ourselves that going fast means progress, that meetings bring alignment and that remote will 'just work'. Most managers are stuck in this stress-loop.
You don't have to be.
