Feb 01, 2024If you’ve recently been promoted into your first management role then you are probably already missing the days when you could focus solely on your own tasks, tasks you really loved and enjoyed, without the added weight of responsibility you feel from managing others.
You might be starting to feel frustration, and even resentment, towards your new team because they are adding pressure on top of your existing workload, (without realising it). This could be starting to give you stress and new levels of overthinking, especially at 2am in the morning!
