Nick: MD

Nick has spent the last 25 years leading businesses and departments in both high paced start-up SMEs and large, complex, global organisations.

He is so obsessed with understanding and creating the conditions for leaders and teams to work at their best that he’s started a doctorate specifically focused on exploring "micro-pauses" - the small, intentional behaviours and tools that leaders and teams should adopt for effective team and organisational productivity.

Hannah: Director of Marketing Communications and Research

Hannah’s background is education, marketing and innovation. She’s worked on massive transformation programmes and smaller change adoption and engagement projects for global organisations, in the fields of Finance, IT, Engineering, FMCG, L&D and HR.

She's a coach and a researcher, change agent and dog-lover. (See left: photo of Barnaby, our Chief Greeting Officer.)

She’s currently working on a doctorate in transdisciplinary practice, researching how insights from human and spiritual practices can enhance the change experience at work for OD professionals.

Lianne: Social Media Strategist

I’m a lifelong learner and a firm believer in embracing failure, but it took me a long time to get here!

I care deeply about the environment, local communities, and the idea that business can (and should) be a force for good. My roots are in small, values-led enterprises, and I feel most at home working with people who care about impact as much as they do about outcomes.

I have a VERY SQUIGGLY background. Business owner, a published author on sustainability, and most recently, a Senior Lecturer in Business at Teesside University.

After over a decade of experience in retail, e-commerce, higher education, and enterprise, I now help small businesses increase their visibility and build meaningful communities through their social media channels.
